DARTT® VALVES are available in most common pump sizes: 1 1/4", 1 1/2", 1 3/4", 2", 2 1/4", and 2 3/4", and can be easily fitted to existing API hardware by simply threading the DARTT® VALVE onto the traveling valve double female cage. Other sizes are available by special order. DARTT® VALVES are available for plunger pumps, tubing pumps, and traveling barrel pumps. The DARTT® VALVE is installed in the bottom of the conventional double female traveling valve cage by removing the plug that retains the ball and seat. The DARTT® VALVE replaces that plug and is tightened in the same manner cages are tightened. Due to the innovative design of this hydraulic amplifying valve, many customers want to see what is inside. If the valve arrives untightened, the housing threads should be cleaned and thread locked and tightened in the normal way cages are installed. Notes: The valve installation must be on single traveling valve cage. Not to be used on removable insert type cages.
